Rates valid for stays of less than 1 month
November – April: 75 EUR/night
May, October: 110 EUR/night
June, September: 125 EUR/night
July, August: 145 EUR/night
The listed prices include energies and utilities.
The minimum rental period is 11 nights.
According to Spanish law (LAU), this is a seasonal/holiday rental, not a tourist rental.

November – April: 1 100 EUR/month
May, October: 1 300 EUR/month
June, September: 1 800 EUR/month
July, August: 2 500 EUR/month
The listed prices do not include electricity.
According to Spanish law (LAU) a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent is required.
The deposit will be refunded to the tenant upon completion of the stay.

For long-term rentals, the price is subject to agreement.
